INFORMATION SYSTEM ANALYST (Cleveland, OH)
Assist the school director in implementing technology in the curriculum and verify the use of technology in all content areas; Devise and implement a complete charter plan for the use of instructional technology; Provide training to teachers and administrators of methods to use technology in the curriculum; Responsible for functional and quality system testing; Assist in the design and specification requirements of hardware, software, database and network systems in order to meet the school’s administrative, educational, financial and human resource management objectives; Prepare costs and benefits analysis to enable the school to decide whether computer upgrades are financially worthwhile; Train staff in utilizing online assessment tools, test center and student database usage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering plus 60 months progressive exp.in the offered job, or/and network administrator, or software engineering; must have experience in implementing technology in curriculum at a public school environment; knowledge and skills of/in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP,C++, SQL, and CSS; MS Office applications, programs, and operating systems.
