The Horizon Science Academy Cleveland HighSchool (HSA) Army JROTC Program began packaging cards to mail to our troops that are currently deployed in Afghanistan. Said David A.Takacs, First Sergeant, United States Army, Retired and JROTC Instructor “Our cadets were very enthused about participating and helping make our deployed soldiers feel good and provide them the opportunity to forward cards from their current location.” The cards range from Happy Birthday to Happy Mother’s Day.
