Promotion from one grade to another in Horizon Science
Academy – Cleveland school shall be based on the
following criteria:
1. Students must have the passing grades in at least
four of the following core subject:
-
English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Life Science,
Physical Science, and Earth Science. 8th grade
Reading replaces Earth Science.
2. Students must have at least a cumulative grade
point of 4.00 in a school year to pass a class. Grading
scale is based on a 4-point scale.
