First Ohio Charter School Student Accepted into MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
We welcome you in celebrating with us the most recent accomplishments of the members of our senior class. As a college preparatory Charter School in Inner City Cleveland, we strive to make college a reality for our students. Over the past few months, we have admissions offered to 15 of our senior, as outlined below. Also, our valedictorian Mikel Graham was accepted into the MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology. This makes him the first Ohio Charter School student to attend this prestigious organization. We are very proud of him, as are his teachers and family.

Of our senior Class of 2004, 23 are still anxiously waiting results from the Colleges. Two of them are enlisted to NAVY. These students are serving as role models for all students at Horizon Science Academy , and in their community.
