Enrollment for fall of 2024-2025 is currently closed. You can check back in January for second semester Enrollment. 
HSA Cleveland High School is part of Northeast Ohio Concept Schools. Below is a link to apply for the current school year. You will be required to create a username and password before you enter all your information.
 
Once an Application is submitted, you will received a return email providing you with a link to upload documents and complete online forms.
