Once your application is submitted you will received a follow up email providing you with a login to complete online forms and to upload documents. Once all documents are received you will be contacted to set up and entrance meeting to finalize your enrollment. HSA Cleveland High School is part of Northeast Ohio Concept Schools. Below is a link to apply for the current school year. You will be required to create a username and password before you enter all your information.
